When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the style, placement, size, and budget you’re considering, a description of your tattoo idea, and any reference image you choose to upload.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily include in your message.

We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your tattoo idea, provide a quote, and schedule a consultation or appointment. We may follow up with you by email or phone about your request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We rely on a small number of trusted services to operate the site and respond to inquiries: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivering inquiry emails to us). Your reference image, if provided, is sent as an attachment in that email. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to communicate with you and maintain records of our work together. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve shared with us. To do so, email biltattooer@gmail.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

This site uses only the minimal cookies required for it to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

This site and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to get tattooed, and the inquiry form is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
